Description
  • Development of Customer 360 strategy initiative for understanding better customer engagement and experience across multiple touch points (branch, branchless, digital channel)
  • Implementation of Sentiment Analytics to monitor customer feedbacks for improving products and services (such as the implementation of CRM, Speech Analytics, and Customer NPS)
  • Strategic development of Customer Journey analysis to provide more relevant content and offering accross multiple channel while measuring marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Learn and explore new capability for future data scientist opportunity by exploring new statistical tool such as R, Python.
  • Regular and constructive collaboration with Branchless, Product, Customer Experience, Phone Banking, IT, and CIMB[X] for new upcoming initiatives and priorities alignment
  • Actively involved in few upcoming strategic initiatives projects such as the implementation of Full CRM, NPS score, and Phone Banking speech analytics
  • Formulating customer engagement model to increase average product holding for better customer stickiness and retention and also as part of company transformation initiative
  • Full compliance with CIMB Niaga’s procedure, guidlines, working instruction and other regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to data information security guidlines for any sensitive records or information
  • Full responsibility for maintaining a good data and documentation order for better audit trail tracking
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics, or Computer/Information Technology, or Quantitative Economics/Finance
  • Risk Management Certification (BSMR) – Level 1
  • Minimum 1 year of financial services experience in analytic role is required
  • Strong consumer banking knowledge
  • Solid critical thinking and analytical skills to work well with numbers and complex data
  • Proficiency English as business language 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge and experience of analytic tools i.e. SAS/SQL
  • Have exposure or working experience with Big Data platform (i.e: R language, Hadoop, etc)
  • Experience for handling and analyzing big amount of data for better information and insights
  • Excellent statistical method to develop propensity modeling i.e. regression, clustering, decision tree
  • Good communication skills i.e. presentation and influencing skills
  • Strong ability to build partnerships across functional teams through collaboration
  • Ability to lead a highly productive team and strive for excellence
  • Strong passion to drive for result to meet demanding deadline
