Description

Responsible and support Business Unit / other related parties in terms of processing / maintenance of credit in accordance with the segmentation being handled and carrying out the functions of compliance, policy and credit documentation requirements

Ensure compliance with the provisions and procedures for credit provision both internal and external as well as always pay attention to the principles of prudence and fairness aspects while paying attention to aspects of Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Financial Risk, Legal Risk, Reputation Risk in the implementation of MSME Banking Credit Compliance

Requirements

Technical / Functional skills

• Detailed understanding of transactions, credit, trade & loan reporting in accordance with internal & external regulations

• Proper understanding of the normal credit process

• Legal understanding (legal subject, binding of credit, binding of guarantees (power of attorney) in general

• Speed and systematic work according to regulations

• Understanding transaction risks & reports

• Proactively resolve problems in the credam section

• Loan Mastery and ODP Module System (ETP, BankTrade, BCS etc.)

 

Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core / Leadership])

• Able to identify problems and make firm decisions

• Have effective communication skills and interpersonal relationships both internally and externally

• Mastering knowledge of banking operations and credit regulations and their regulations
