Job Purpose

  • Lead, define and drive IT strategic innovation for non retail digital transformation including the roadmap, design, development, implementation and monitoring in collaboration with respective business unit to ensure alignment with total IT digital strategy in the bank
  • Lead and ensure the entire IT Project Management Office, such as IT Projects and Change Request, starting from Understanding Requirements, Mobilisation, Planning, Execution, Delivery and Closure are carried out in accordance with Bank strategy, IT Strategic Plan and aligned with Bank requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

  • Setting, driving & executing the digital banking roadmap for the Bank to develop digital experience to support Bank/Group’s strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation efforts and solutioning across the organization for all customer experience, including online & mobile applications.
  • Drive the transformative IT culture of agile and design thinking in the Bank.
  • Establish solutioning related to new technology, especially on Fintech field.
  • Identify, deliver and implement various projects/programme for Bank related to new technology initiative, especially on FinTech field.
  • Design best practice process for any new technology initiatives, including methodologies, standards, and security.
  • Advice, represent & consult with Management and stakeholders to facilitate Bank’s continuous technology improvement.
  • Ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with Bank strategy and IT Strategic Plan for project execution
  • Partnering with the business to deliver the best solution in order to support the business goals
  • Monitors the project financial planning and implementation to ensure the efficient usage of the project’s budget

Business Performance and Management

  • Work closely with other parts of IT Group to ensure best solutions to be implemented.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders on providing technology breakthrough for the Bank.
  • Collaberate internally across the organization with executive management, marketing, product, creative design, as well as externally with leading digital agencies.
  • Lead and monitor the development and implementation of digitalization strategies for all channels (mobile and web) while continously manage and optimize those strategies as needed.
  • Utilize customer insight and data to continously enhance a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor the liaison, partnership and integration of Fintech into our system architecture.
  • Monitor the process of defining and managing the framework needed to enable and control the successful delivery of key objectives and transformation outcomes in order to support the company strategy and performance from IT perspective.
  • Coordinate and foster teamwork within respective project teams and all the Stakeholders in order to ensure all the related stake holders have the same information related to the projects/programs.
  • Enable Business Units in delivering projects for business sustainability and growth.
  • Coordinating with corporate functions and professional group to facilitate the monitoring, reporting, and delivering the key initiatives and projects to support change to align all the framework within IT system.

People Management

  • Develops, builds and leads an effective and cohesive team with agile and design thinking methodologies.
  • Manages the performance of the management team
  • Provide supervision to the Project Office department. Responsibilities include working closely with staff to provide support and direction. Daily supervisory duties include staffing, performance management process, and oversee daily work to ensure business user's needs are being met.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Compliance to regulatory IT policies.
  • Comply with Bank’s internal & external policy & procedure.
Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably from Information Technology or Management Information System or Computer Science.
  • Risk Management Certification, Min. Level 4
  • Minimum 10 years experience in application development, preferably have exposure to / start up with FinTech, agile programming and design thinking.
