Join in HR MIS & Analytics team, you will be contributing to the execution of activities and projects of running data analysis initiatives across HR functions to ensure data availability, validity and accuration to perform HR related analysis, predictive and report;
The area of jobs will be related with:
- data review, evaluation, predictive, analysis as well as transform them to meaningful result by sharing into interactive visualization dashboards.
- data management using programming and query languages such as Ms. Excel, R & Python language to load data and transform them to be meaningful use by user;
- Assist and support audit teams with data and the analytics dashboard as well the insights from the analytics
- Responsible to provide monthly report to HR Management and other related stakeholders and regulators accurately and timely;
- Create strategy to formulate data mining to support effective & efficient process of in data analysis;
- Ensure confidentiality of the data & report handled in hand following company’s regulation.
