Description

Manage corporate projects (COP) including managing change requests from Users within the scope of the Risk Management Directorate and producing quality projects that include: timeline, budget (budget) and compliance with internal and external regulations. This position also establishes and maintains partnerships with key stakeholders and related third parties / vendor management

Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with Project Managers of users / Business Units in preparing budget estimates / estimates related to IT and project planning

Business Performance and Management

  • Collaborate with Project Managers from users / Business Units in managing all stages of the project, especially in terms of creating and managing project plans and project schedules, finalizing user requirements, establishing partnerships with all relevant parties
  • Collaborate with Project Managers from users / Business Units in managing project costs, between actual and agreed costs, and ensuring sound financial management for finance tracking needs
  • Manage all stakeholders including vendors
  • Propose the best solution based on the appropriate user requirements (comply) with IT Architecture & Infrastructure

Regulatory Compliance

  • Administration of project governance, including managing various changes, issues and risks and identifying documents needed in accordance with the applicable ITPDLC
  • comply and carry out organizational standard policies, procedures and regulations
  • Plan and create risk mitigation and contingency strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 4-6 years relevant working experience in IT or Banking (as Project Manager or Business Analyst).
  • BSMR Level 1
  • BITAF / BABOK (optional)
  • PMBOK (optional)
